
If we learned anything from Berwyn, it’s that safety is no longer something that can be assumed. It must be built. Students should trust that their school protects them not only physically, but also emotionally, by giving them tools, support, and a voice.
What will you do this week to make your school safer? What conversations will you start? What policies will you push for?
Because in the end, safety is not just a box to check. It’s literally the ground we stand on when students walk through those doors — and that ground must hold.
